Let us know if you have any questions regarding organic hemp flower and pre-rolls

  • Is hemp legal?
Thanks to the 2018 farm bill, hemp is legal in all 50 states. However, CBD is not legal in all 50 states just yet, even if it is sourced from hemp. This is because all states have their own Controlled Substances Acts (CSA). Double check your states CSA for more valid and updated information. Some of these states only allow CBD below certain THC levels. CBD and CBD products in Idaho are legal only if they contain zero THC and are derived from the mature stalks of the plant. In Tennessee, possession of CBD products is legal if they contain less than 0.6% THC. In Alabama, the maximum THC level is 0.3%. If you live in these states, please ROCK THE VOTE! You can help change your states laws!
  • What is a hemp pre-roll?
A hemp pre-roll is a ready-made joint that is packed and rolled. These products are convenient and often stuffed with high-quality, tasty, organic, craft hemp flower. CBD joints are ready to smoke and are ideal for users who prefer joints but don’t have the time or skill to roll themselves.
  • What is the difference between hemp and marijuana?
Both hemp and marijuana belong to the same plant species called Cannabis, and the two plants look similar. However, substantial variation can exist within a species. The defining difference between hemp and marijuana is their psychoactive component: tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC. Hemp has 0.3% or less THC, meaning hemp-derived products don’t contain enough THC to create the “high” traditionally associated with marijuana. However, the euphoric feeling you get may come from the terpene varieties in each plant. Hemp is typically higher in other cannabinoids, such as CBD. CBD is a compound found in cannabis. There are hundreds of such compounds, which are termed “cannabinoids,” because they interact with receptors involved in a variety of functions like appetite, anxiety, depression and pain sensation. THC is also a cannabinoid.
  • Will smoking hemp show up on a drug test?
Many hemp products contain trace amounts of THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol), marijuana's main active ingredient. If enough THC is present, it will show up on a drug test. This means that in rare cases, smoking hemp might lead to a positive drug test! Consumer beware.
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
